What to Expect: The first full draft of the Comprehensive Plan document will be introduced in a combined Planning Commission and Steering Committee Meeting. An overview of the document and all chapters will be provided to orient attendees to the Plan's content and recommendations.

How to View the Draft Plan: Click the orange button to view the draft Plan and Appendices.

How to Provide Comments: The comment period will run through October 13, 2025. General comments can be shared verbally or via comment card on September 29th. After the meeting, comments can be submitted via an online form or written comments. Written comments can be submitted by mail to Alex Weiner, Mandeville Planning Department, 3101 E Causeway Approach, or via the drop box at City Hall.
