Comprehensive Land Use Regulations Ordinance (CLURO) Revision Project

In December 2025, the Mandeville Thrives 2045 Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the Mandeville Planning Commission.

 

Revising the CLURO, the City's land development regulations (last comprehensively revised in 2015), is the next step in implementing the Comprehensive Plan's vision through clear, enforceable, and

user-friendly development regulations.​​
